How much does it cost?The short answer is that we do not provide quotes or estimates, all jobs are billed for time spent and materials used. The longer answer is that dealing with vehicles that are 30+ years old it is impossible to tell you up front how long a particular job will take. We can get close on hours based on our experience, but this is just a close guesstimate to get us started. We do however pride ourselves in customer communication and project management, guaranteeing that we do not get into a situation where the customer or ourselves feel uncomfortable with the time and money spent on a project.

How long will it take?This all depends on the scope of the project and customer cash flow. Some full builds can take years to reach their final state while other simpler jobs may be done in a matter of months. It comes down to time, materials, and capital management.

Can I buy my own parts?Short answer is no, we have spent years developing relationships with the right vendors to ensure every product we use on your car will function correctly and reliably. It also make any warranty situations more difficult to navigate if we were not the original buyer. There are exceptions on a case by case basis.

Can I help?To an extent yes, once the project is in the shop it is solely in the hands of our trusted techs. If we are in a full build and you want to handle disassembly yourself this is perfectly fine. This is again negotiable on a case by case basis.

Do you offer pickup for projects?We offer pickup in the contiguous US for any project, pending a signed service contract with us.

Do you paint cars?We do not paint cars at this facility, we do however contract the services of numerous body shops in the US that will fit any budget or time frame. This is something best left to professionals that specialize in Automotive Refinishing.

Do you build engines?We do not build engines at this facility. Similar to body and paint, we like to focus on what we’re good at and leave the rest to professionals that handle these things every day. We use engines from GM, Texas Speed, Ford Performance, etc. to ensure you are getting the very best product and warranty that money can buy.

Do you do upholstery?We do not provide upholstery services at this facility. Sounding like a broken record, this is something best left to specialists. We do work with numerous shops in the US to fit whatever budget and style is necessary for any given project.

What type of cars do you build?Yes. The short answer is if you want it built, and finished to the highest quality possible, we will take it on. Most of our builds are classics, muscle cars, trucks, but we have a huge soft spot for older Japanese and European cars as well. Coming from a racing background, fielding multiple German and Japanese cars in the past, our skill set can provide the best work for your project, no matter the make and model.

Will you take over my project?Takeovers are tough, there is typically bad blood and a lot of personal emotion. While we are willing to take over projects from other shops, there is some red tape. This will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
