Fulfilment & Shipping
All of our products are made to order and drop shipped directly to the customer from our manufacturer. Please allow 7-10 business days for fulfillment and shipping.
Please be sure to put the proper address. If you provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our manufacturing facility. You the customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Returns
Paragon will NOT accept returns/exchanges for wrong sizes or for buyer’s remorse.
Paragon WILL accept returns/exchanges for items received that do not match the order, or any items that arrived misprinted/damaged or defective. Please fill out and submit the form HERE
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of submitting the order. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
